With no kids around, the hubs and I enjoyed a Quebec beer in our room and caught up on some work. I loved waking up to the water view and totally regret not taking in the sunset from the hotel because it would have been SPECTACULAR! Here’s the reason most of their hotel rooms have over-sized windows! The main difference at Hilton Lac-Leamy is that nearly all rooms have a spectacular view of the area. As with nearly all our Hilton Hotel experiences, the bed was uber comfy and the service attentive. We got to enjoy the Quebec charm whilst still soaking in some of that city life and that was a win-win. This worked out well for us as we were able to enjoy a fantastic meal at Soif and then link up with some friends in Ottawa. Located on the shores of Leamy Lake in Gatineau, Hilton Lac-Leamy is in close proximity to Ottawa as well.
